CAMPING
1.) Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 8 AM. Please turn down radios and TV's and speak softly so as not to disturb your neighbors.
- ) Please keep your campsite clean and orderly
3.) Trenching is NOT permitted nor required because of sandy soil.
4.) Fires MUST be attended at all times. Be sure campfire is COMPLETELY out before leaving campsite or retiring for the night. Fire rings may NOT be removed.
5.) Firewood that is DEAD and DOWN is free for the gathering. NO chain saws are allowed. Do not chop wood after dark - it is too dangerous and will disturb your neighbors. Cut firewood is available at the office for a small fee.
6.) Removal or defacing of living trees or plants is not permitted. Do not carve on, put nails in, or hang lanterns from trees.
7.) Keep alchoholic beverages at your own campsite. Loud, abusive or offensive language is not permitted.
8.) No Firearms, airguns, bow & arrow or slingshots are allowed.
9.) Do not cut through other peoples campsites. Please see map for path locations.
10.) DO NOT wash dishes in bathrooms.
PETS
1.) Pets ON LEASH are welcome but are NOT allowed in the beach area. Walk your dog in the wooded areas away from the campsites. Please help us continue to allow pets by cleaning up after them.
- ) Do not leave pets unattended
BEACH
- ) We know your children are very precious to you and have tried to make our beach as safe as we can, but PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THEM WITHOUT SUPERVISION !!!
2.) Insist on safe, responsible play - No sand throwing etc.
3.) Do not take glass bottles to the beach area.
BOATS, CANOES, KAYAKS AND PADDLEBOATS OWNED BY THE CAMPGROUND.
1.) Free for use by Registered Campers.
2.) A $10 deposit is required for life vests/cushions and oars/paddles. Deposit will be refunded when all equipment is returned to the office.
3.) Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must wear a life vest.
ROADWAYS
1.) Speed limit within the campground is five (5) miles per hour. Please observe this limit for the safety of our young guests.
2.) Motorcycles, Mini-Bikes, ATV's etc may be ridden only on trails outside of the campground. Walk your vehicle to and from your site within the campground.
3.) DO NOT cut through campsites. Stay on the roads or use designated pathways. (see map)
VISITORS
1.) Visitors to registered campers are welcome between the hours of 10 AM and 9 PM.
2.) All visitors must register at the office BEFORE entering the campground.
3. ) Day visitors will be charged $2 per person.
4.) Overnight visitors will be charged the regular fee.
IN CONCLUSION
Please notify the Management at once if the Bathhouse needs cleaning, re-stocking, repair, or if we can help you in any way. Thank you for your help and cooperation. Please feel free to make any suggestions on ways we can make your stay more enjoyable.
